By accessing or using our website, services, or membership programs (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read carefully before using our Services.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

• Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
   
• Services provided include access to contract opportunities, bid-matching tools, and support resources.
   
• We do not guarantee that any particular contract will be awarded to you as a result of using our Services.
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications, profiles, and communications.
   
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
   
• Not misuse, resell, or exploit our Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
   

All content, trademarks, logos, and software available on IFB.xyz are the exclusive property of IFB and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IFB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Services.

• Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Dispute and Appeal Association (ADAA).
   
• The arbitration shall take place in [remotely or Los Angeles County, California], unless otherwise mutually agreed.
   
• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
   
• By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against IFB.
   

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on IFB.xyz. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

IFB may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to IFB, other users, or third parties.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and IFB and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding the Services.

By using IFB.xyz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Agreement.

• Membership: Costs $69.99/year for basic access. It’s non-refundable, but you get contract opportunities, AI-matching, and support.
   
• Opportunities: We can’t promise you’ll win every contract, but we’ll help you find the ones that fit your business.
   
• Honesty Required: Provide accurate info when you register or apply — no fake details or shady activity.
   
• Respect Our Work: Our website, content, and tools belong to us. Please don’t copy or misuse them.
   
• No Guarantees: We provide resources and opportunities, but results are up to you.
   
• Disputes: If something goes wrong, we’ll resolve it through mandatory arbitration (no lawsuits, no jury trial, no class actions). Whatever the arbitrator decides is final and binding.
   
• We Can Update Terms: IFB can change these terms anytime, at our sole discretion. We’ll post updates on our website, and if you keep using the service, that means you accept the new terms.
   
• Be Professional: If you break the rules or misuse the service, we may suspend or terminate your account.

 No illegal use; no sanctions/AML/CFT violations; no circumvention of access controls; no fraud, wash activity, or device/identity manipulation. 

 We may require identity verification (KYC) and monitor activity for AML/CFT risk. We may suspend or terminate access for compliance reasons without liability. 

 Token amounts, fees, and pricing are disclosed in-app or in order summaries and may change. Completed access events are non-refundable, except where required by law or our posted policy. 

 You are responsible for applicable taxes arising from Token usage, rewards, or purchases. We may issue informational tax forms as required. 

 Program IP remains ours/licensors’. We process personal data per our Privacy Notice. We may use de-identified data to improve Services. 

 We may suspend/terminate for violations, risk, or compliance reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. 

 Technology and blockchain systems can fail or be unavailable. Token transactions may be irreversible. Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

 Governing law: State of California, USA (without regard to conflicts rules).
Arbitration: Binding individual arbitration; no class actions. Specify forum/rules: [determination shall be decided by DAO Nation venue Los Angeles County, CA].

  We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
