Tokens Terms Of Use

 These Terms govern your participation in DAO Nation, a cooperative access program that uses a utility tokens (“Tokens”) solely as a digital access keys to request and use member-only services and products (the “Services”). The Tokens are not an investment, deposit, or legal tender.  These terms may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of DAO Nation.

 You must be 18+ and able to contract. 

Program is U.S.–only at this time. No use from embargoed/sanctioned locations or restricted jurisdictions.

We may restrict states or categories of Services at our discretion.

 When you sign up (link or QR), a user wallet is created via our approved wallet provider. Keep your login/recovery method secure. You’re responsible for all actions from your wallet. .

 The Token provides access to Services. It does not represent equity, debt, profit-sharing, dividends, yields, or an expectation of profit.
You should not expect profits from holding Tokens. Value comes from using them to access Services.
We do not market Tokens as investments. No earnings are promised or guaranteed.

 We are not a bank, not a credit union, not FDIC/NCUA insured, not a money transmitter.
“Credit union” is a regulated term; we operate as a cooperative access program only.
Balances are not deposits and earn no interest.

 We do not accept, transmit, or convert fiat currency.
Any fiat ↔ Token conversion is performed only by licensed third parties you choose, under their terms and compliance (e.g., KYC/AML).
We may integrate or link to such third parties, but we do not control their services and bear no liability for them.

 We provide information, logistics, and administrative support related to business certification and licensing services access, business credit/lending information, digital tech services & wallets  and also company formation/licensing/permits/registrations.
Administrative & consulting: We provide wallets, administrative  & consulting only.
No legal advice is provided unless explicitly delivered by a duly licensed attorney or other credentialed professional, identified as such in writing. Otherwise, all Services are non-legal and informational.

 For business credit/lending, we operate as an information/referral platform unless expressly stated and licensed where required. Any financing from third parties is under their terms and compliance.
Company formation/licensing/permit assistance is administrative unless performed by a licensed professional.

 We may offer seller-financing for our own products/services, priced and payable in Tokens.
Example flow: down payment in Tokens at order → delivery of product/service → remaining Token balance due under a Token-denominated invoice.
Missed or late Token payments may incur late fees, access suspension, or other remedies described in your invoice or order summary.

 A Qualified Activation occurs when a new member: (i) creates a wallet, (ii) accepts these Terms, and (iii) initiates a request via the token-gated Product & Service Request page in at least one offered category. 

Access Providers may earn a fixed reward when a new member completes a Qualified Activation.
No multi-level/downline commissions.
We may pay service stipends to designated team leads (e.g., for trainings/support).
We may deny or claw back rewards for fraud, self-referrals, or policy violations.
