Yes. Some jobs (like liquor or security) need state or city licenses. Food stands need health permits. IFB will guide you on what’s required.

After you pick what you want, you submit a bid through the system.
Our AI reviews the venue and examines the bids and awards contracts to the best fit (price + quality + experience).

No. Your first year set up fee, AI profile matching  is $169  and the followings years are $69 for membership and that covers unlimited bidding for one year.

You’ll sign an agreement with the venue. Then you’ll get your assigned space, schedule, and rules.

Vendors usually set up the day before or the morning of the event. Parking and transportation crews check in earlier.

The venue will give you loading dock times. You bring your stuff in, get checked, and set up at your spot

You sell directly to fans. Most stadiums use cashless payments (card or phone).
The venue may take a % cut of sales depending on your contract.

Vendors are usually required to clean their area after the event. Some contracts include venue clean-up crews.

  • Food/beverage vendors keep sales minus the venue’s cut.

  • Parking/transportation vendors get paid directly from parking fees or shuttle contracts.

  • Sponsorship/media rights are paid per contract terms.

Usually once you register and AI examines your profiel and a a rep curates the file you will receive other bid opportunities throughout the year.   In addition we have a support team to assist your company with any difficulty and to better address your bidding considering.

Then you get ready for the next event. Your IFB membership keeps working all year.
